Anara is a 44 old Xhosa female voice over talent. She has been in VO business for 16 years. Her primary jobs are interactive voice response systems, overdub and public announcements voice overs. Her natural voice type is adult. Her voice is most suitable for e-learning, lip-sync and public announcements, but she can easily do numerous voice styles, such as broadcast, gentle, mature and warm as well as dreamy and fun moods.

Anara is Media Production graduate from the University of Cape Town, who is skilled in writing and producing for radio as well as sound editing and on-air work. She has honed her craft working in community radio (UCT Campus Radio and Mdanstane FM) and in Public broadcasting (TRU FM) for the last 8 years. In that time she has also developed a strong passion for using her voice for story telling, whether it is in the form of song, narration or presenting. She would to further explore her audio (paint) brush and get into more serious voice work, including animation, documentaries and commercials.
