We're not saying a good and expensive gear is mandatory to get the job done well, according to high quality broadcast standards. No, quite the opposite! Today market is full of good and affordable equipment from the rival competitor manufacturers, that offers similar engineering design and sound quality, than it's big expensive brothers. So YES! If an experienced broadcast engineer would use a "cheap" gear, it will most likely sound good on any broadcast media. All that said true, but we just don't have the means of tracking down and testing all the products on the market, therefore we can only rely on best gear that was proven to work good and found its' way to broadcast post production world. Our gear includes over 20 legendary microphones (Neumann, Brauner, Audio Technica, Sennheiser, Electro Voice...) ,10 legendary preamps (Manley, Millennia, Groove Tubes, Avalon, Focusrite...). But just by owning all that gear doest nothing by itself. Our sound engineers knows the sound characteristics of every single gear. Matching it to a individual vocal gets the best our of every voice talent, making the recordings really shine! Vocal booths in all of your studios are acoustically treated, designed by professionals and measured for the best voice sound capture possible.

Today sound quality matters!

Home entertainment systems are able to reproduce very good sound down to every detail, so having a good sound today is more important than ever! At first sight it might look very easy to record a vocal for broadcast. What could go wrong? You just put a microphone in front of the voice talent and press record button! Well, it's anything but that! Simple as it sounds, there are many production steps to be applied in order to sound fantastic. Our sound engineers are using the latest production tools and techniques, such as side chain spectral ducking, dynamic equalization along with latest audio analysis tools to get the sound that really emphasize the clients effort invested into product.

Broadcast audio loudness

While some of the medias will have no limits regarding loudness, others will request or recommend deliveries to be done by a specified rules and standards. If not done correctly, some medias might reject the delivery or change it without notifying the client, which results in an unpredictable way. With another word. Mix for TV will not be optimal for Youtube or radio. In order for good sound on all broadcast medias, it is required to produce individual masters for individual target medias.
